Job summary

MAAS Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Scheduler to own and manage the master, baseline, and detailed schedules for a college bond program across multiple campuses. You will review contractor submissions, enforce baselines, and quantify delays impact for leadership and boards.

You will supervise schedulers, set standards, and ensure cross-campus alignment. The role requires 15+ years in capital construction scheduling, expert Primavera skills, and strong analytics to defend schedule

Qualifications

• 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling; 19 years qualifies without the degree
• Advanced Primavera; MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Cost and resource loaded schedules, done properly, not just activity lists
• Earned Value Management or an equivalent measure of what was delivered vs. planned
• Time impact analysis and schedule forensics; reconstruct what happened on a job
• Working knowledge of cost engineering alongside scheduling
• Experience leading other schedulers
• Bachelor's in architecture, engineering, business administration, or construction management, or four more years of experience in place of it

Responsibilities

• Own the program schedule: baseline, master, and detailed with logic, milestones, calendars, and cost/resource loading
• Review contractor schedules against contract, spec, and baseline
• Quality control on schedules: critical paths, activity relationships, float, coding
• Perform time impact analysis and delay investigation; quantify impact on milestones/completion
• Monitor schedule risk: identify, track, and help build recovery plans
• Produce reports: baseline variance, critical path changes, milestone performance, forecast completion
• Lead schedulers across campus project teams; onboarding and supervision
• Maintain scheduling standards, templates, coding structures, and ensure consistency
• Be the point of contact for schedule questions from contractors, designers, and leadership
