Job summary

PM2CM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Project Controls Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts for large-scale construction and modernization projects in educational facilities.

You will manage a team of project schedulers, collaborate with senior management, and ensure timelines align with program goals. This role focuses on strategic oversight, schedule analysis, and performance reporting to keep multi-million-dollar projects on track, on budget, and on scope, delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time construction scheduling experience for owners or GCs.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Project Schedulers, ensuring schedules are accurate and aligned with objectives.
• Review CPM schedules, project scopes, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Perform QA/QC on schedule submittals, reviewing critical paths and constraints.
• Conduct schedule time impact analyses and negotiate delay settlements.
• Prepare schedule performance reports and status updates bi-monthly.
