Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Project Scheduler for a key leadership role in a large-scale data center project located in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin. This position is critical for maintaining schedule integrity and involves working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.

Candidates should have an Associate's Degree in Construction Management, 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, and be proficient in Primavera P6. The role offers a competitive pay package along with a structured 50-hour work week.

Qualifications

• The Project Scheduler will support a high-performance project team on a complex industrial/high-tech construction project in the Texas Panhandle. This is a site-based role working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule integrity and accurate project forecasting.
• The Scheduler plays a critical role in maintaining visibility into project performance, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between field progress and project execution plans.
• Maintain and update the project schedule using Primavera P6
• Track progress, incorporate logic changes, and analyze delays and impacts
• Identify critical path shifts and communicate schedule risks to project teams
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule reports and forecasts
• Support schedule coordination meetings with project leadership and field teams
• Maintain schedule documentation, archives, and reporting standards
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all scheduling data across the project lifecycle

Education/Skills

• Associate's Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, data center, or high-tech construction preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and schedule logic
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and field progress data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and office teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
