We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PMO Scheduling Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling and resource allocation for all projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

• Develop and maintain a master schedule for all projects within the PMO


• Must be able to complete and/or lead the following tasks when required:


• Coordinate with project managers to gather project requirements and timelines


• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are properly defined and tracked


• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and ensure on-time delivery.


• Identify scheduling conflicts and resource constraints, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize resource utilization.


• Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders and project teams.
