Job Title: Commission-Based Financial Planner

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Utilize company-provided leads to engage with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and develop tailored financial plans.
  • Financial Planning: Create comprehensive financial plans that include investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Sales and Marketing: Effectively communicate the value of our financial planning services to potential clients and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial planning activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

We also have a proven client acquisition program through our digital leads program. No more of the 1950s style prospecting of networking meetings, cold calling or friends and family. We want to provide leads to you of high net-worth, vetted prospects that have already shown an interest in working with us. It is your job to determine their needs and what services we offer that would be of benefit.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a financial planner or in a similar role. Experience with commission-based sales is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Series 65, Series 66, Insurance Licensed helpful
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Technology: Proficiency in financial planning software and tools. Fast and reliable home internet. Ability to adapt and learn Technology quickly. Secure and Quiet place to conduct business virtually.
  • Background Check: Clean and Professional Credit and Criminal Check. No outstanding Bank Liens, Bankruptcies, Tax Liens, or pending litigation.
  • Non-Compete and/or Non-Solicit Employment Agreement: Will be required.
  • Must be US resident and working in the US full time.
  • Software: Experience in eMoney, Money Guide Pro, or similar program for planning purposes.
