Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a leadperson to direct field personnel, uphold safety standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget based on the scope of work.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in related fields and 3+ years assisting the Foreperson in crew leadership, with experience in take-off, material requisitions, and logistics. BrandSafway offers comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in related field.
• Minimum three years assisting the Foreperson with supervision in a crew leader capacity.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, and logistics.
• Front line contact for safety, QA/QC and hazard awareness.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct the direction of field personnel and supervise craft crews.
• Maintain safety, quality and compliance with Job Safety Analysis.
• Coordinate pre-job planning and logistics to meet schedule.
• Ensure work is executed per scope, on time and within budget.
