Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an experienced Scaffold Builder Leadman to lead a crew in the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding on industrial construction projects. You will read drawings, assign tasks, ensure safety, and coordinate with supervisors while maintaining project schedules.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and scaffold-building experience, with a commitment to safety and quality. Travel to job sites and lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scaffold Builder Leadman or Lead Scaffold Builder in industrial construction or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold systems, erection methods, load capacities, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read scaffold drawings, blueprints, and work specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew during erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems.
• Read and interpret scaffold drawings, blueprints, and work orders for accurate installation.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew productivity and quality of work.
