Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Scaffold Lead Technician for the Miami, FL area. This full-time role requires at least five years in related field experience, with three years assisting a Foreperson in crew leadership.

Responsibilities include directing field personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion within budget. The position offers hourly pay of $23.00–$27.00 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and awareness of hazardous conditions

Responsibilities

• Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years assisting the Foreperson with supervision in a crew leader capacity
