Job summary

BrandSafway is looking for a lead field supervisor responsible for directing on-site personnel, ensuring safety, timely completion, and budget adherence across projects. Candidates should have 5+ years in the field and experience assisting forepersons, plus industry certifications.

The role emphasizes frontline safety leadership, QA/QC awareness, and pre-job planning with thorough take-off and material logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Safety Essentials training required.
• Level 2 Background Check and DISA UA, Drug & Alcohol Testing required.
• TWIC card is not required.
• Additional medical testing may be required based on trade and project requirements, including FCE, fit testing, audiometric testing, and other applicable medical evaluations.
• Same as Lead Technician and has an industry-based certification

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget.
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions.
