Responsibilities include enforcing Brock’s safety culture, managing permits and schedules, and ensuring work aligns with customer specifications. Travel to sites may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years craft experience in field operations.
• At least 3+ years supervisory experience leading crews.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for client interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Supervise craft foremen and workers to ensure safety and performance.
• Maintain site safety, quality, progress, and schedule in line with KPIs.
• Plan resources, permit readiness, and coordination with Project Manager.
