Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Foreman to provide close supervision of craft workers at Lima, OH. The role involves performing the same trades as the crew when needed, directing safety procedures and work flow on site, and ensuring alignment with customer specifications.

You will lead meetings, plan tasks, monitor progress, and manage equipment and material needs while maintaining Brock’s safety standards and quality controls throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in craft and/or supervision.
• Experience leading teams in a construction environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Committed to safety and Brock’s safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s B safe and B best culture on all tasks.
• Conduct pre-job safety planning and ensure rule adherence.
• Lead regular crew meetings and monitor workflow.
• Ensure work complies with Brock, contractor, and regulatory requirements.
• Direct loading/unloading and storage of materials and equipment.
• Perform QA/QC and document inspection results.
• Assign tasks, estimate needs, and track man-hours and materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and equipment performance.
