Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Satellite Test Operations Lead for the TeraWave program in the Greater Seattle Area. You will lead the I&T flow, define test plans, and coordinate with subsystem teams to ensure test coverage and readiness across environmental campaigns.

You will drive anomaly tracking, TRRs, and disposition meetings, mentor engineers, and push automation for scalable production testing while interfacing with manufacturing and mission operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with satellite test interfaces and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to define and execute procedures from system specs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Satellite Integration and Test Operations and define test plans.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Structural, Thermal, Propulsion, RF, GN&C leads.
• Lead TRRs, anomaly reviews, and test dispositions.
• Mentor test engineers and technicians in I&T.
• Develop automated, repeatable test procedures for production.
