Job summary

EnduroSat is seeking a Manager of Integration to lead the integration of satellite subsystems into complete flight-ready spacecraft. The role is full-time, on-site at our Gardena, CA facility, reporting to the VP of Manufacturing and Test.

You will oversee subsystem and full-vehicle builds, coordinate BOMs, mentor engineers, and drive process improvements across the integration line to meet aggressive production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/integration engineering with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality systems.
• 3+ years managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong understanding of spacecraft integration and test techniques.
• CAD experience (Siemens NX) for design reviews.
• Experience authoring integration SOPs and work orders.
• Familiarity with IPC and aerospace standards.
• Strong root-cause problem solving.
• Hands-on integration and test across multiple subsystems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing / Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration team for subsystem and full-vehicle builds and tests.
• Collaborate on manufacturability and integration approach for structures, avionics, and payload subsystems.
• Own and coordinate BOMs for integrated assemblies.
• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
• Optimize integration processes for efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Create and maintain integration plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components; review and approve supplier processes.
• Perform hands-on integration and testing per engineering specifications.
• Participate in design reviews, contributing input on integration feasibility and reliability.
• Partner with quality assurance to establish rigorous quality control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the integration line.
• Meet production schedules while adapting to shifting priorities.
