Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst to design, document, and support end-to-end payroll integrations.

You will work with an implementation partner to ensure successful integration design, testing, deployment, and ongoing coordination with internal teams and vendors. • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll functionality and payroll integrations.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and designing integration solutions.
• Experience creating integration design documentation, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Experience developing test scripts, test cases, and executing manual integration testing.
• Strong understanding of payroll data integration processes and vendor interfaces.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Experience supporting payroll processes for international countries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with implementation partners to design and deliver integration solutions.
• Analyze and document existing integrations, including current-state and future-state processes.
• Document payroll integration requirements, including data mapping and field-level specifications.
• Identify and document data exchanged between SuccessFactors EC Payroll and payroll vendors.
• Develop detailed integration design documentation.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for integration solutions.
• Perform manual testing to validate integration functionality and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors to define data requirements, delivery timelines, error handling processes, and service level expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Support integration validation, issue resolution, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure integration documentation is maintained and updated throughout the implementation process.

• Experience working on SuccessFactors EC Payroll design and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll functionality and payroll integrations.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and designing integration solutions.
• Experience creating integration design documentation, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Experience developing test scripts, test cases, and executing manual integration testing.
• Strong understanding of payroll data integration processes and vendor interfaces.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Experience supporting payroll processes for at least one of the following countries: Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Experience with Dell Boomi integration platform.
• Familiarity with Workforce Software modules, including Time, Absence, and Scheduling.
• Experience working on enterprise HRIS and payroll transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of integration security, compliance, and performance best practices.
