Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing integration with HCM modules, and ensuring data integrity through migrations, with a strong focus on compliance, security, and scalable performance in complex

Qualifications

• SME for SAP Payroll guiding solution design and implementation.
• Lead hands-on configuration and deployment of Employee Central Payroll.
• Liaise with clients for workshops, solution presentations, POCs, and approvals.
• Estimate efforts for proposed solutions and own delivery outcomes.
• Develop business process documentation and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows and data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization focusing on scalability, reliability and UX; lead security/compliance initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for various user groups.
