Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Manager of Quality Systems Platforms to lead the administration, optimization, and deployment of digital platforms supporting food safety, quality, regulatory and compliance across manufacturing sites.

This role ensures data-driven decisions and regulatory readiness. Ideal candidates have a BS degree in science/engineering, 5+ years in beverage quality systems, and strong SAP/QA tooling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in science, engineering, food science or information systems.
• 5+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing quality systems.
• Experience managing Quality Management System (QMS) platforms or enterprise software.
• Experience supporting GFSI-aligned food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform ownership and administration for quality and food safety digital platforms across sites.
• Support SAP implementations, including testing and hyper-care activities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor quality performance and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, data analysis and process optimization across platforms.
• Coordinate requirements, testing and validation for new platform capabilities and modules.
• Promote system adoption through training and user support.
