The Toro Company seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. This role leads the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex business applications and integrated processes.

The position provides leadership, translates requirements into sustainable system solutions, and may lead projects while mentoring teammates and advising management on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field plus eight+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Third-party ordering system integration
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, etc.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specs, technical designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex systems.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT to document requirements and deliverables.
• Serves as SME and trusted advisor for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and related integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning and coordination.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing and ensures results and approvals are documented.
• Provides production support and trains users.
• Mentors team members and provides work direction.
