Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Order Management and Fulfillment within Lead-to-Cash, including SAP sales order creation, changes, lifecycle controls, confirmations, backlog management, delivery, returns, invoicing readiness.
• Standardize, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end order management processes to enhance order quality, fulfillment reliability, and customer experience.
• Optimize customer-demand flow through SAP, including availability checks, Available-to-Promise, demand requirements, and MRP integration.
• Lead business process design for affiliate, intercompany, third-party, drop-ship, project business, and other non-standard fulfillment scenarios.
• Own business process requirements for EDI-enabled transactions (orders, acknowledgments, shipments, invoices, and related integrations).
• Translate operational gaps into requirements, process maps, user stories, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans.
• Support SAP S/4HANA readiness, testing, deployment readiness, and transformation initiatives affecting plants and acquisitions.
