Job summary

Siemens in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking an L2C Process Manager to lead SAP-enabled order management and fulfillment processes. You will own end-to-end order flow from entry to billing, partnering with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Master Data, and IT to drive standardization and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years with SAP-enabled Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash and strong process governance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in SAP-enabled Lead-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash or related processes.
• Experience in end-to-end process analysis, requirements, testing, deployment, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Owning Order Management and Fulfillment within Lead-to-Cash, including sales order, deliveries, returns, billing and invoicing readiness.
• Documenting and standardizing end-to-end order management processes for quality and reliability.
• Optimizing demand flow through SAP, including availability checks, MRP integration and delivery creation.
• Leading business process design for affiliate, intercompany, third-party and other fulfillment scenarios.
• Owning EDI-enabled transaction requirements and related system integration needs.
• Translating needs into requirements, process maps, test scenarios, and adoption plans.
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA readiness, testing, deployment readiness and transformation initiatives.
