Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Order Management Functional Expert to drive end-to-end OTC within the Lead-to-Cash program. You will design, implement, and optimize SAP workflows, unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across platforms for a global audience.

The role requires deep SAP SD expertise, strong governance, and integration with FI, MM, CRM, and eCommerce. This is a hybrid US-based position with executive visibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA Order Management and Sales processes.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales, Pricing and Billing, and integration with MM/FI.
• Experience leading global SAP transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Order Management solutions.
• Own end-to-end OTC processes including Customer Master Data, Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, workshops, and business process reengineering.
• Lead global SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Ensure integration with FI, CS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms; oversee testing.
• Provide leadership for production support and mentor junior analysts.
