Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs, providing functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own conversion strategy, waves, mapping, tooling, and cutover readiness while coordinating SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and business owners. Travel is estimated at 40–60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
3+ years leading a workstream or team.
Ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to balance business outcomes and operational readiness.
Migration strategy, governance, reconciliation and cutover ownership.
Experience coordinating utility data owners, SAP teams, ETL and tooling teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans and readiness.
Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership and acceptance criteria.
Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with owners.
Set mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, loads and mock-conversion cycles.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards and cutover leadership.
Govern mock loads, defects, metrics and sign-off processes.
Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning and post-load validation.
Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates and executive decisions.
