Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from strategy through cutover, coordinating data, ETL, and test cycles while ensuring audit-ready evidence and production readiness.

Travel 40–60% is expected, with a focus on driving governance, decision-making, and end-to-end data loads across meter-to-cash processes in US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Lead source-system assessments, data-quality planning, and remediation ownership.
