Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration and delivery professional in the United States. You will lead complex SAP-enabled engagements, managing client relationships, budgets and delivery across multiple workstreams. Regular travel to meet with clients is expected in a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of S/4HANA experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in SAP integration tools and architecture. EY offers a broad benefits package and a flexible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
