Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, deli, or fast-casual environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to handle a high volume during a short period of time.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Team work oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up the area with necessary tools, equipment and product
• Direct the team during peak hours to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
• Monitor stock levels, perform opening/closing inventory checks, and communicate ordering needs to management
• Follow all food safety regulations and assure the team does as well
