Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery in Greenville, SC is seeking a Sandwich Production Manager to lead our Line Cook and Prep Cook teams in a fast-paced, local-first cafe. You will ensure tasty, quality meals by managing production times, waste, and training.

This role partners with the Kitchen General Manager on new menu items and rollout processes, while keeping guests happy, boosting morale, and supporting profitable operations through strong supervision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food management experience in a high volume setting.
• Passion for local food and storytelling.
• Ability to train and develop staff across roles.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manages team of Line Cooks within a high volume cafe.
• Maintains production/wait-time standards for made-to-order foods using reports to improve performance.
• Troubleshoots quality issues and reduces waste by minimizing production mistakes.
• Trains new hires and conducts trainings to ensure consistency and understanding of roles.
• Develops Assistant Managers in support of their career goals.
• Collaborates with Kitchen General Manager on new menu items and rollout processes.
