Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a commercial kitchen, deli, or fast-casual environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to handle high volume during peak periods.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up area with necessary tools, equipment and product.
• Direct the team during peak hours to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Monitor stock levels, perform opening/closing inventory checks, and communicate ordering needs to management.
• Follow all food safety regulations and ensure the team does as well.
• General cleaning duties.
