Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Chicago, IL is seeking a Tech Salesforce Solutions Architect (Manager) to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery to deployment.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, translate business needs into IT solutions, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. The role requires hands‑on Salesforce configuration, integration work, and a track record of delivering complex SFDC programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of post‑baccalaureate related work experience or Master’s with 4 years of related work experience.
• 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5+ people.
• 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM end‑to‑end implementations.
• 3 years of experience translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design and build, testing and deployment.
• 3 years of experience configuring Salesforce.com, workflows, alerts, actions, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases (discovery to deployment).
• Manage client projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Oversee UI development across mobile, web and tablet platforms.
• Collaborate with developers on custom code and data migrations.
• Lead discovery meetings to define system requirements and business processes.
• Motivate and manage diverse teams; build long‑term client relationships and opportunities.
