Job summary

Femwell Group Health seeks a Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to design and maintain three customer-facing portals. The role focuses on optimizing case management, building scalable digital experiences, and migrating legacy intake tools to integrated portal solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Screen Flows, and DevOps tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field required.
At least five to seven years of related experience required.
Service cloud experience required.
Experience with version control systems and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g. GearSet, SFDX) required.
Experience working in Agile teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions required.
Project Management Professional certification preferred.
Knowledge of HIPAA Security preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
Lead the design and administration of three distinct Experience Cloud portals.
Refactor and optimize case architecture, automation, and intake channels.
Implement dynamic intake experiences using Screen Flows and Record Types.
Ensure seamless integration between portal interactions and backend case management.
Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
