Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to architect and launch the Experience Cloud partner portal in the United States. You will design portal pages, maintain navigation and branding, and manage partner user access and permissions.

The role focuses on building flows and automation to streamline partner workflows, plus publishing resources and sales enablement content with internal stakeholders. Strong communication with partners and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience designing, building, or managing a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal (partner portal, customer community, or similar).
• Strong command of Experience Builder, user management, sharing and visibility settings, and Salesforce Flow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with external partners and internal executives alike.
