Job summary
StarTekk Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce DevOps Architect to lead release management across large enterprise environments. You will design CI/CD pipelines, manage metadata deployments, and coordinate cross-team releases for Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
The role requires hands-on expertise with Apex/LWC, Git/GitLab workflows, and GovCloud knowledge, driving best practices across security and deployment automation.
Qualifications
- Extensive enterprise Salesforce DevOps and Release Management experience.
- Hands-on with Git/GitLab, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Experience with GovCloud and federal environments.
- Familiar with Health Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving across deployments, pipelines, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce DevOps and release management across large enterprise environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Define and enforce Git/GitLab workflows, branching strategies, version control, and release processes.
- Manage Salesforce metadata deployments across environments and troubleshoot deployment/pipeline issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to coordinate enterprise releases.
- Support Salesforce GovCloud and IL4/IL5 compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce development and DevOps teams.
