Job summary

Black Rock Groups seeks an accomplished Salesforce leader to drive Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations at scale. You will architect integrations, guide delivery teams, and shape strategic solutions that transform claims workflows and member experiences across the organization.

This role requires an extensive track record with Apex, LWC, REST APIs, FHIR/Kafka patterns, and multiple Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience leading large delivery teams.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications encouraged (PD II, Architect).
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge including claims and workflow automation.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe and offshore delivery models.
• DevOps/CI/CD experience with Git, Copado, Salesforce CLI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect scalable integrations using REST APIs, FHIR, Kafka, MQ, and enterprise event-driven patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery including solution design, estimation, code reviews, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
• Mentor global development teams and establish Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Ensure HIPAA, PHI, security, audit, and access-control compliance.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to drive innovative Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions.
• Champion adoption of modern Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise scale implementations and delivery teams.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).

Strong hands on expertise with:

Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.

Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
