We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Developer/Lead to support enterprise cloud migration and CI/CD pipeline development.

This role involves working across a broad spectrum of technologies and stakeholders, with a focus on automation, cloud deployment, and application support.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency, resilience, and scalability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with application teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines, particularly for Salesforce applications.
• Lead development of Jenkins/GitLab runner scripts using Groovy and Unix.
• Act as a technical liaison between application teams and enterprise cloud migration initiatives.
• Identify and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions using best practices and patterns.
• Upgrade frameworks of existing applications and resolve upgrade-related issues.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-complexity programs.
• Monitor alerts and logs from applications and infrastructure; analyze and resolve issues.
• Automate deployment pipelines and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Handle artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus, Artifactory) for version control and deployment.
• Support online banking applications built on Salesforce and React.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams for deployment coordination and issue resolution.
• Document deployment processes, support procedures, and incident reports.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application development and end-to-end solution implementation.
• At least 5 years of experience in CI/CD, application monitoring, and resilience on public cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and running applications on Azure Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in C# .NET application development (Web and Windows).
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, Splunk, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with .NET, Docker/Kubernetes, and Azure IaaS/PaaS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (DML/DDL); Cassandra experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and SSRS.
• Proven track record in DevSecOps, test automation, and supportability.
• Familiarity with modern cloud‑based system solutioning for resilience, security, performance, and scalability.
