Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Salesforce Software Engineer to drive architecture, design, and delivery of Agentforce-powered solutions across multiple teams. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership to elevate enterprise Salesforce deployments.

You will mentor engineers, define roadmaps, implement AI-driven automation, and ensure production stability through CI/CD, monitoring, and best security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Salesforce expertise.
• 2+ years in leading Salesforce engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation.
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with secure development practices and Salesforce security architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
• Strong Git workflows and CI/CD knowledge.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered agents, autonomous workflows, and conversational experiences.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configuration tools.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and source-driven development practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver business value.
• Ensure production stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
