Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development
• Experience architecting and shipping agent-based systems
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
• Experience with cloud infra, CI/CD, and backend services
• Proficient in OO languages: Java, C++, Python
• Familiar with agent orchestration frameworks and LLM integration

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver production-grade software systems including Agent capabilities
• Write high-quality, well-tested code across services, APIs, and data layers
• Design orchestration patterns where AI Agents integrate into human and system workflows
• Build and maintain the shared system context with guardrails and standards
• Drive GA readiness: define criteria, close gaps, de-risk timeline
• Debug and resolve cross-stack issues from infra to app logic
• Evaluate code and Agent behavior for security and performance
• Participate in on-call rotation to keep services operational
• Mentor teammates on software engineering practices and Agent patterns
• Present designs to stakeholders and review others’ designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship end-to-end features
