You will close deals, manage your book of business, and leverage Salesforce to grow your network. A license in Health & Life Insurance is required or obtainable with provided resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in sales/leadership.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (materials and state fees provided).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations on product value and impact.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through service, follow-ups, and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and expand your network.
