Job summary

You will meet with business owners and employees to tailor supplemental health insurance solutions, deliver group presentations, and rely on Salesforce to manage leads and relationships. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience (sales/leadership or athletic experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to ensure coverage understanding.
• Deliver engaging group presentations to communicate value and impact.
• Build long-term client relationships through service and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage clients.
