Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist customers and provide superior service.
• Ability to follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math; handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willingness to operate a cash register and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, scan items, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Clean store, take out trash, maintain aisles and restrooms.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store opening/closing duties.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Travel to other Dollar General stores for banking deposits if needed.
