You will assist customers, manage the checkout, stock and display merchandise, and help with floor set plans. You may act as lead in the Store Manager's absence and support store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack merchandise; stock, restock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom; set up sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
