Ideal candidates excel in communication and detail, can manage multiple tasks, and use ServiceTitan CRM and MS Office to track leads and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales teams and management.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to quickly assess, categorize, and prioritize leads for reps.
• Ability to analyze lead data and trends to suggest process improvements.
• Focus on delivering a positive experience for leads and aiding sales close rates.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming leads from various sources.
• Categorize leads by sales division for assignment.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Communicate with customers to nurture and route to the correct representative.
• Debrief Comfort Advisors after calls.
