As a Gen AI Analyst within the People Systems team, you will support the development and execution of our GenAI and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI and Automation, your responsibilities include identifying use cases, gathering business and technical requirements, and supporting the delivery of custom GenAI and automation solutions. You will ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs and improve employee experiences, working within an agile framework and assisting with project management using tools like JIRA.
This is a remote position. Remote work may require presence at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Work Hours: Varies by department needs.
Travel Requirements: 5-10% travel expected.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Office setting; sitting, standing, communication, and operating standard office equipment.

U.S. Applicants: Salary range is $87,200 - $130,650 annually, potentially including incentives, bonuses, and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
