Job Description

As a Gen AI Analyst within the People Systems team, you will support the development and execution of our GenAI and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI and Automation, your responsibilities include identifying use cases, gathering business and technical requirements, and supporting the delivery of custom GenAI and automation solutions. You will ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs and improve employee experiences, working within an agile framework and assisting with project management using tools like JIRA.

Key Duties

1. Identify and collect Generative AI and automation use cases across the People Systems team.
2. Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements.
3. Implement Generative AI and automation strategies and product roadmaps under guidance.
4. Develop and deliver custom Generative AI solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
5. Manage the solution lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance using agile principles and JIRA.
6. Lead testing, create test cases, validate solutions, and gather user feedback.
7. Track and report on adoption, performance, and ROI of solutions, supporting change management.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
9. Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and automation trends to support innovation.
10. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to define requirements and provide updates.

This is a remote position. Remote work may require presence at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, business analysis, HR tech, or related AI roles.
• Understanding of Generative AI, automation, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience gathering and managing business and technical requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Experience supporting custom technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies by department needs.

Travel Requirements: 5-10% travel expected.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Office setting; sitting, standing, communication, and operating standard office equipment.

U.S. Applicants: Salary range is $87,200 - $130,650 annually, potentially including incentives, bonuses, and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
