Job summary

QVC Group, Frontgate in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and empower a service-minded team. You will coach staff, maintain product knowledge, and partner with Visual Merchandising to keep the store visually compelling.

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, handle opening/closing tasks and banking, and support a dynamic retail environment in our onsite storefront.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry is preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
