Dollar General is hiring a Lead Sales Associate in Iowa to maintain a clean, organized store and put customers first. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and display merchandise, and perform duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize profitability and satisfaction.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of cash handling, and the ability to follow planograms and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank for deposits.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; stockroom and restroom upkeep.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate in the absence of Store/Assistant Manager.
