Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store environment in Iowa. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help create displays. You may act in a lead role in the Manager's absence.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, planogram compliance, and ability to handle payments accurately. You will be part of a fast-paced retail team focused on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and process payments.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer purchases; collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
