Dollar General in Georgia is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate registers, stock merchandise, and help protect store assets.

As a lead, you will support planograms, open and close the store under direction, and perform duties in the absence of the Store Manager. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise guides.
• Basic math skills for cashier transactions and percentages.
• Experience with cash registers and checkout procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit controls.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, bag items.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise and set up displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety policies.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store opening/closing duties.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
