Job summary

You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and display merchandise, and support store leadership in daily operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role includes leading sales activities, ensuring planograms are followed, and stepping in when Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager are absent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in retail supervision or leadership is preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise, rotate stock and build displays.
• Clean the store and assist with storefront displays.
• Assist in the implementation of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
