Job summary

City Care Inc. is seeking a Lead Safety Advocate for The Harbor in Tulsa, OK. This role leads the Safety Advocates, coordinates safety operations, and maintains a calm, welcoming environment for guests, staff and volunteers.

The incumbent will build strong relationships with first responders and community partners, supervise daily activities, and ensure adherence to program criteria with a focus on dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in fast-moving service environments.
• Ability to remain calm and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests, staff, volunteers and community partners.
• Experience with verbal de-escalation and practical risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Safety Advocates during shifts and coordinate coverage and priorities.
• Maintain a visible, welcoming presence and respond to emerging safety concerns.
• Lead onboarding, coaching and accountability for the Safety Advocates; ensure training is completed.
• Build relationships with Tulsa-area police, fire departments and other community partners.
