The role involves responding to emergencies, conducting patrols, managing access, and coordinating with emergency services, with a focus on proactive engagement and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; security training is a plus.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is a plus.
• Must pass a background check.
• Complete CLEET certification upon employment and Mental Health First Aid upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or security breaches, following established protocols.
• Enforce access control and visitor management; ensure fire safety procedures.
• Act as liaison with staff and external emergency services during security incidents.
• Maintain logs of daily activities and security-related documentation.
