Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Coach / Scrum Master to lead PI Planning and program execution. The role emphasizes facilitation of SAFe ceremonies, coaching teams, and managing dependencies across SAP domains such as S/4HANA and ECC.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Scrum within software lifecycles.
ERP experience is preferred.
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, team demos, and retrospectives.
Coach team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Coordinate dependencies across SAP landscape (S/4HANA, BTP, ECC).
Identify and remove blockers to ensure sprint execution.
Monitor velocity and PI objectives, reporting progress to stakeholders.
