Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Program Manager / Domain Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for the US market. The role requires strong SAFe experience, PI Planning discipline, and governance to ensure on-time delivery across multiple ARTs.

You will coordinate Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and SI delivery teams, leveraging Jira, RAIL dashboards, and executive reporting to drive visibility and outcomes. US business hours and hybrid collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Senior SAFe-certified SAP S/4HANA transformation delivery leader.
• Experience as Agile Release Train Engineer or large-scale ART execution lead.
• Strong governance and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train execution for SAP S/4HANA transformation with PI planning, sprint execution, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-ART dependencies across multiple domains and rollout workstreams.
• Manage distributed teams with onshore/offshore overlap and clear communication.
