SAFe Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, team demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate technical, functional, and data engineering dependencies within the SAP landscape (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BTP, ECC).
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure consistent sprint execution and delivery.
• Monitor team velocity, PI objectives, and software engineering metrics to report on progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Scrum, specifically within software engineering lifecycles.
• ERP experience is often preferred.
• Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications are highly valued.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $120,000 Per Annum
